IET has performed annual HVAC coil cleaning and filter replacement at Level 3/CenturyLink sites throughout the U.S. going on 27+ years. IET technicians perform basic repairs on a as-needed basis as part of the cleaning process.
IET performs load bank testing of standby generators, generator radiator cleaning, diesel fuel filtering and generator fuel fluid sampling. IET replaces generator batteries, filters and fluids in accordance with client standards.
IET cleaned and re-sealed prefabricated concrete buildings with stone/concrete walls and concrete slab roof to ensure weather tightness and longer life. Inspect external lighting, fence, and gate for any defects and/or damage. Repair as needed. Walls and roof pressure cleaned to remove dirt, grease, mold, oil, loose particles, mildew etc.
IET has generally performed ATS preventive maintenance at the same sites where generator maintenance is performed. Basic repairs are performed on a as-needed basis following the client’s standard approval process.
